Moving well, moving often

Updated: Oct 22

We care about our members moving well and consistently.

Moving well might just be moving better than yesterday, it doesn’t have to be about precision technique at every step.

Moving well is not just about what you do at the gym, it’s about moving well at other moments of your life — whether with your family & kids or at work. We want you to move well so that you’re not feeling the aches and pains that often come with bad movement, overtraining, and everyday life.

To move well you need to move consistently.

The long term benefits of moving consistently have been well documented in scientific research to improve our quality of life by reducing our risk of preventable disease and injury, improving mood and even improving our life expectancy.

As 80% of the world's adult population is insufficiently active, we aim to help change that by providing our members with a safe and inclusive environment to exercise in and feel great.
