First Beginners Course on 5 August 2024.

There are two simple pathways

to become a member at Hypha.

We know that different people join gyms for different reasons. And we all have different levels of experience. We have two main routes to joining Hypha that should satisfy just about everyone.

New to fitness

This route is ideal for anyone that is new to fitness or has done less than 3 months of CrossFit or HIIT, or hasn't done CrossFit in a while and needs a refresher.

We want to make the process as easy for you to find out if this type of training is right for you.

For only $50, we'll give you an introduction to the gym and two weeks to try us out. And... there's no strings attached.

Ready to go

This route is ideal for anyone that has done CrossFit for over 3 months (recently) and is feeling confident about just getting going.

We love that you're keen to jump straight in. We want to get you moving as quickly as possible.

You can choose to trial us first — $50 for two weeks. Or when you're ready sign up for the full membership package. It's your call.
